This app has the same 5 rebates for way too long. Never seems to have a great variety. My current situation is a handful of products that are all "closed" and thats it. Whats the point in having it then? At this rate itll take me 50 years to earn anything with this app.

No offers since February... Is this app dead?

A few items that never change. I deleted the app. Ibotta is so much better.

Only 10 items to save on. Not practical stuff. Pretty much a waste of time.

I had not gotten any new or worthwhile for 6 months to a year. I had gotten a few emails about new offers. I was about to delete the app, but instead deleted and then reinstalled. MANY new and GOOD offers and they keep coming. Like a totally new app. Yay:)

Saw your rebate I wanted to go out and buy stuff to get but then all of a sudden it was closed. The rebate said that it goes through May and today is only April 10. They obviously do not put the correct dates as far as when the rebate will expire so be careful. All of the rebate rebate apps Ive tried tell you when the rebate will actually expire, not just put a date in the future and then all of a sudden its gone way before the expiration date. Tried to contact them about this but the send button does not work on the help section.

Rebate denied without providing reason. Rebate just disappeared from account. Emailed them and no response.

I really thought this app would save me money. But then every time I tried to redeem my rebate something would go wrong, and then they would try to tell me that it wasnt within the time frame. It was either closed even though when I tried to redeem it, it had and expiration date till June then all of sudden in April its closed! Dont waste your time.

I got this app because I follow the Krazy Coupon Lady and she often refers to Shopmium for combining offers for a greater discount. Unfortunately some offers are not eligible to be redeemed through their app because you already used a coupon on the item at the store. The fact that some items cannot be combined with other offers is really disappointing because you have to be very careful and read the fine print before buying anything. Even an item the Krazy Coupon Lady showed worked with their app they wouldnt honor for me. If your looking for a great app I would look elsewhere like ibotta they are really great and always give credit without any hassle.

I always check my rebate apps on a regular basis and this one only has a few rebates at a time they are not often commonly -bought grocery items.

Dont waste your time like I did. Limited rebates. Selection doesnt change often. And most recently, my rebate request was denied because I used a coupon to buy the item and the "new and improve" version doesnt allow offer to be combine with other coupons or combine with any other offers!!! Very disappointing. You just lost a customer. Delete!!!

Buyer beware!!! Some rebates approved, some denied. I checked the help pages before buying my products and it stated I could use coupons but wouldnt get back more than I spent. Submitted my rebates and they were denied for using coupons! Now the help pages say you cant use coupons. I have no problem with a company changing their terms but honor everyones rebates that were submitted before you changed your policies!!!

This rebate app is a waste of time. Most of the time the app does not refresh and it says rebates are available when they actually are not. By the time you find an active offer, they find a reason to deny it. They wont allow you to use any coupons along with the rebate. Ive had this app for almost 2 years and Ive earned about $5. Ibotta and Checkout51 are the way to go! Ive earned HUNDREDS on those two apps!

Ive been disappointed with this rebate app as it does not let you use coupons or any other kind of promotions. So unless you pay for a product full price and dont use any coupons, this app is a waste of time when there are so many other rebate apps that are easier to use and dont have as many conditions and fine print. (Example: I even bought an item at a store that was b1g1 free, and even though I paid for one full price, it would not give me the rebate because I got one of them for free).

I came here to see if others were experiencing what I have and I see many with the same complaint. I purchased an item with an active offer and after submitting shortly after, was told I was too late on the offer. Unacceptable. Why would I trust them again? Be warned.

I bought several items and my rebate requests just disappeared. When I contacted them no response and judging by Facebook I am not alone. I will be deleting this app and sticking with good ones like mobisave and ibotta
