I was excited to use this, but none of the items I scan work. I keep getting an error message that says "barcode does not match offer" even though I have the exact product pictured. Sad.

I bought several of the items that were listed, but when I take a picture of the barcode it says that it does not match. I was careful to make sure I bought exactly what was in the picture! Deleting app!! Maybe one day they will improve this and Ill try it again

When scanning a barcode of a product, I am ALWAYS told it does not match. BS! It does match. There is a reason I have had this app for many months and not had a single rebate. It is garbage. Trust me, do not waste your time.

Every item "does not match product barcode" Ive emailed customer service numerous times about and to this day have never received a response. **DOWNLOADER BEWARE** do not let this app influence your purchases!! You will not receive your rebate because you wont be able to ever find the item that matches the barcode. This app needs to be removed from the store. Its a ghost app. No ones behind it anymore.

Doesnt work with most stores I shop at. Will stick with the other rebate apps. This one not worth the trouble. Trial used it for over 3 months.

To be honest there arent many offers in this app and and the cash back alone isnt great since you cant use coupons one your receipt anymore. Theres also a drawback of not being able to use it at a Publix or CVS so dont get your hopes up on using it often. With that being said if there is any reason to sign up its mostly for the free Lindt Chocolate its a rebate but free is free use this code to claim yours. AECHYCGW

Worst cash back app ever! I would not recommend this app to anyone. They hardly have any offers worthwhile. Their customer service is terrible. To be more specific, they dont respond, ever! They will look for any reason to deny your receipt. If you do decide to download this app, be sure to first check the extensive list of MAJOR retailers that are excluded before making your purchases. Dont say I didnt warn you first!

My app had shown that an offer had 4 hours to go so I make a trip to the store to buy the items but later I get an email that says I submitted AFTER the offer and didnt get anything. I replied that the app showed I had 4 hours left and even made the purchases and submitted within the timeframe and now no responses through email or from the app. Very disappointed.

Ive used this app quite a bit and they have had introduced me to new products that I wouldnt normally have tried. For some rebates, the app works great! But lately Ive had several rejected without notification--just deleted from the my purchases section. I usually use this app in conjunction with coupons and usually have not had issues. But recently they have done a few rebates that were probably bombarded with use due to a 20 rebate limit on good everyday products and suddenly closed the offers without warning and did not honor the rebates (at least for me- which I did about 6 or so). So I will be very hesitant to use this app until they make some changes, and I will never try more than I rebate at a time-ever.

I used this app every week until 3 weeks ago, when it would act like it is opening and then kick me out. I tried about ten times each week then gave up and decided to write. FIX IT!
